Appointmement Policies:

For your first visit, please arrive a few minutes early to complete a brief form and ensure you receive your full session time. Massage sessions cannot be extended beyond your scheduled appointment.

-Please carefully review the following Massage Cancellation Policy:

-A 24-hour advance notice is required for canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

-For same-day cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows, a fee of 50% of the scheduled session will be charged. Another appointment will not be scheduled until payment is settled.

-Repeat offenders will be required to make a 50% deposit to book an appointment.

-Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions to accommodate others. Depending on your arrival time, the therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless, you will be responsible for payment of the full session. Please be respectful of your therapist's time and arrive promptly.

-Inclement weather: If local schools are closed, our office is closed, and fees are waived.
