A prenatal or pregnancy massage aids in relief of low back discomfort, eases water retention, improves circulation and helps in leaving the mother feeling relaxed and pampered. This massage provides a custom pregnancy bolstering system and table table for the mother-to-be. Good for all stages of a healthy pregnancy.  **Must be in 2nd or 3rd trimester. I use the BodyCushion Pro system to provide the ultimate comfort whether side lying or face down.

The hot stones used to help relax tense muscles and assist in deep tissue work.  Restrictions apply for certain health conditions.  Some examples include: neuropathy, cardiac conditions, pregnant, skin wounds, fever, acute inflammation, extreme dermatitis, cancer, epilepsy, liver / kidney disorders, peripheral vascular disease. 

Cold stones help with reducing inflamation.
